Our Policy is Simple

QuiltPlannerPro (operated by T Top Quilts LLC) does not offer refunds on subscription fees.

Due to the digital nature of our Service, you receive immediate access to AI-powered pattern generation features upon payment. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

You Have Full Control

While we don't offer refunds, you have complete flexibility to manage your subscription:

Change Your Subscription Anytime

You may cancel, downgrade, or upgrade your subscription at any time.

All changes take effect at your next billing cycle:

  • You keep your current subscription tier and features until the end of your current billing period
  • Changes apply starting on your next billing date
  • You're charged the new rate (or nothing, if cancelled) on your next billing date

This means:

  • Cancel: No charge next month, account becomes Free tier
  • Downgrade: New lower price next month, lower tier features next month
  • Upgrade: New higher price next month, higher tier features next month

Example Scenarios

Scenario 1: Cancellation

  • You subscribe to Pro on January 1st ($19.99/month)
  • You cancel on January 15th
  • You keep Pro access through January 31st
  • You're not charged on February 1st
  • Your account becomes Free tier on February 1st

Scenario 2: Downgrade

  • You have Pro subscription ($19.99/month)
  • You downgrade to Hobbyist on January 15th
  • You keep Pro features through January 31st
  • On February 1st, you're charged $5.99 (Hobbyist rate)
  • Your account switches to Hobbyist tier on February 1st

Scenario 3: Upgrade

  • You have Hobbyist subscription ($5.99/month)
  • You upgrade to Pro on January 15th
  • You keep Hobbyist features through January 31st
  • On February 1st, you're charged $19.99 (Pro rate)
  • Your account switches to Pro tier on February 1st

Two Exceptions Only

We will provide refunds in these situations:

1. Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error:

  • Examples: Double-charged, wrong amount, charged after cancellation
  • Contact us immediately at support@quiltplannerpro.com
  • We'll investigate and refund incorrect charges

2. Unauthorized Charges

If someone made unauthorized charges on your account:

  • Contact us immediately at support@quiltplannerpro.com
  • We'll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue
  • May result in a refund after verification

How to Manage Your Subscription

Cancel, downgrade, or upgrade:

  1. Log into your QuiltPlannerPro account
  2. Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  3. Choose your action (Cancel, Downgrade, Upgrade)
  4. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle

How to Request a Refund (Billing Errors Only)

If you were charged incorrectly:

  1. Email us: support@quiltplannerpro.com
  2. Subject line: "Billing Error - Refund Request"
  3. Include:
    • Your account email address
    • Date of charge
    • Description of the error

Response Time: 2-3 business days
Processing Time: Approved refunds take 7-10 business days

Important: Contact Us Before Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first before disputing with your bank.

Why?

  • Most billing issues can be resolved quickly
  • Chargebacks can result in account suspension
  • We want to help resolve any problems

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:

  • Your account will be suspended immediately
  • Access to the Service will be revoked
